Select DNA Testing Company: Use this option to select the company that tested your mtDNA. Select "Other" if you don't know the company. You may only select one test company.
Select HVR Region: If your test company tests for regions HVR1, HVR2, and/or HVR3, then check the appropriate box or boxes for the HVR regions for which you were tested. Note that you may check more than one box.
Note: The mtDatabase search engine will only search for results within your test company's range and only for results that have been sequenced over 75% of that range. Please see
Locations and Regions for the ranges of different test companies. Please see the
mtDatabase Statistics for information about the sequence lengths.
Search By Differences: Select the number of differences from your input values. The Results screen will then show matches with up to the selected number of differences.
